This man wants to stop globalisation. It will kill Apple, Google, Facebook, Boeing, GM Motors, Ford Motors, Dupont, ExxonMobil and many other companies.
No government should stand in the way of Global companies making things where it is cheaper for them.
Protectionism will nite the US.
No indigenous US worker should be mining coal or other dead third world type jobs.

The US should be looking to the future and leading in quantum computing, nanotechnology, advanced aerospace et.c'est
