I ll suggest u get d electric pump cos it's faster. Bt pls if u can't, introduce formular o, wen ur bp has stabled u can continue ebf. Ebf no b do or die o. Ur health is very important.

The baby is protected far away in a sac. How long are u gone? Am almost 13wks and still have sex. Pls allow the young man enjoy his product.

Dont enter the plaza.... just walk to the road beside it ...that's turning right off martins street.... the street u r to enter is d one where all buses load passengers..... walk fown to the end then turn left.... there is a woman selling better rice n every with big canopy. ... just walk pass her to the next junction n turn right on that dual carriage road..... that road is where they sell wrist watches, belt n perf. It leads from Adeniji....
On that road, turn to your left by the first turning.... thats the docemo street....

Thing is you cant get lost if u ask.
All those women suppose drag your cloths once you approach there or even on that martins street n they will take u to the market.

From everything that I've read, and from what my doctor told me months ago, sex does not harm the baby. 

If you're feeling up to it, then please go ahead and enjoy it and also allow oga dh to enjoy the thing too. But what I'll advice is, no rough sex pls. 

Even when I was throwing up like a dog and looking like I will faint in a second, I was still having regular sex with my dh. It was almost an everyday affair! And the man enjoyed it very well. Hehehehehe

So pls mama, enjoy it o! Cos there will be a time when libido will just disappear.

Hmmm those people go use you do Christmas as jjc following the direction iomoge gave you, in fact once them see you with Belle they will approach you flashing Identity card like FBI agents those women and men work on commission so if you follow them they will get something out of every purchase you make to the shop they take you too claiming it's theirs. Follow them since you don't know your way there, once you get there make up a story and go to another shop but get ready to be insulted big time.

U don't need to do anytin to EBF babies to poop; dey must not poop everyday. Since she farts, she's ok.

For the diaper rash, hw often do u change her? Dats the no 1 culprit. U shld change her at most every 3-4hrs. Also use generous amount of protective cream. Vaseline is a good choice.

Aquaphor or sudocream will solve the problem now. Thereafter, always use a protective cream when diapering.

For the diaper rash, try sudocreme or baby tribotan.
If ur dd is on EBF, leave her alone, it's normal for them to go days without poo but if she's on formula, try n give water after each feed and first thing in the morning but don't fill her tummy with too much water.
My ds passes stool once or twice a week.

Concerning this issue of sex in pregnancy. . Body differs, so you should watch yourself. .

@rgasm triggered premature contractions in me in the first trimester, had to be placed on ventolin.. so it really slowed down our sex life. .hubby was even scared of touching me ..

So just watch yourself..
