I was just thinking of how lucrative a 2 bed or 3bed blocks of flats around in Lagos could be especially around Lekki-Ajah suburb. Please I need an expert advise with good analysis and empirical evidence, If possible. Your candid advise would be much appreciated. |

It is very lucrative. 2 bedroom in Sangotedo is around 650,000 and above per annum for rent while a 3 bedroom is around 800,000 per annum. The lekki-Ajah axis differs We have Ajiwe Ogombo Sangotedo Abijo Bogije Awoyaya Eputu Lakowe Ayeteju Lakowe badore In all these places, rent is higher in Sangotedo(Lagos business school) and thomas Ajah area(immediately after jubilee bridge).
