Which of the Moto? If it is moto x 2nd gen then yes it is a very good deal.

FHD AMOLED display vs 720p IPS
2gb of ram vs 1gb
Snapdragon 801 vs some poor mediatek 6592
Water resistant vs huh

?
Gorilla glass 3 vs some cheap glass.
13mp F/2.2 main camera vs 8mp with unknown aperture.

The difference is very clear.

But if it is moto g 2nd gen then well I can't say. U might as well keep ur Infinix.

For me I'll still choose the Moto g 2nd gen. But then I can understand if u prefer the infinix since it is 5.5 inches while the Moto is 5 inches. Also the infinix has a better battery. But I prefer the build of the Moto and it's got a better camera (both are 8mp but the Moto got better lens).
