I am not happy I am a tall dude.please how do I grow shorter please any doctors in the house who knows about this thing.I was told by my brothers wife who is a nurse that there Is an operation call Leg surgery in which they shortened the legs.please don't give me that "Accept Your height word" I did not ask to be tall

So in the end you don't need to become shorter or reduce your height, you just need to be more confident and create your own reality.. I mean a reality whereby you don't have to wait for people's approval, for them to like you or whatever,....

First of all you need to have a positive view of yourself.. think about the advantages of being tall and discard all disadvantages (I mean it is your own point of view so you can choose to accept and discard whatever you want)...

Secondly think beyond your age... There is so much waiting for you in the future, so much possibility, even your height might take your places (basketball) and did you know that Usain Bolt The World Fastest Man is 6 ft 5 ...

So there is so much more you can do than just allowing societal influence to judge you and make decisions for you..

There is so much on the web which talks about how to improve your self confidence...

Remember people only judge books by their covers and not by the contents... So bring out your contents
