Guy, recession has already set in before APC and Buhari came on board, there were statements then by the coordinating minister of the economy advising state governors not to embark on new projects, that they should concentrate on paying civil servants salary only. In Bayelsa State recession started since September last year, when Local Government workers salaries could not be paid.

In Bayelsa State recession started since September last year, when Local Government workers salaries could not be paid.

To be honest, the Naira started its descent about October of 2014 continued dropping till just before Christmas. After the new year it continued losing value till just before the elections.

Not that I'm trying to defend theft but mennn..these guys (Peshie & co) are fools. They stole mindlessly, foolishly & kleptocratically. Everyone knows that Ibb, Abdulsalam & Obj stole like mad..but over the years its only farms that can be traced to them n nothing more. Their looted investments are held in trust by ppl like Adenuga, oba otudeko, dangote, tonimas, emeka Offor et al.. Nothing can be traced directly to them.. Unlike Madame hippo and friends..nonsence. Media trial means they've not been taken to a proper court of law or even sentenced for their crime but they're being maligned on cyberspace. As far as we know they may be innocent and this may be one of Buhari's famed witch hunts. Now, that said, maligning them on social media is not enough, they need to be brought to book and serve time like the criminals that they are being painted as.

But unfortunately, these dead end media trials seem to be the forte of the EFCC as nobody has been sentenced not even the famous Dasuki-gate undecided

Which government was in power last year September sir.?Buhari and his ministers has no solution to the economy crisis...the appointee ministers have something different to what Buhari is after.that is why u see everyone looking and without positive results.am sure u are regretting ur actions now if u ve voted for APC.
