5.Cristiano Ronaldo

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the few complete footballers in the World today. He can dribble, he has a blistering pace, he is good in the air, has power and above all amazingly gifted in set pieces. He takes all Real Madrid penalties and he did the same for Manchester United before. He rarely misses.

4.Lionel Messi

He is a magician. Every ball he touches turns into fire. He terrifies defenders with his direct runs. Today he is also dangerous when it comes to dead ball situations. Penalties and free kicks to be specific. He has missed some important penalties especially in 2012 Champions League semi final against Chelsea but he has scored many more too. He takes penalties for both Argentina and Barcelona.

3.Andrea Pirlo


Former AC Milan and Juventus play maker Andrea Pirlo who currently plays for Major League Soccer side New York FC will go down in history as one of the deadliest penalty takers in the World. It’s a shame that he will no longer mesmerize our hearts in Europe with his exquisite spot kicks but we will follow him wherever he goes until he retires.

Every year he gets better which is amazing. In EURO 2012 he scored one of his most memorable Panenka against England. Joe Hart and football fans all over the World were forced to salute.
