Plus size Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus belongs to the group that does not believe in using waist trainer or any form to achieve the shape most ladies are crazy about.

For the actress she is content with how she looks, and despite the huge amount of criticism she has received as a plus size, she doesn’t seem moved at all.

At the African fashion week Nigeria, the actress walked on the runway as a plus size model, as she never stops lending her voice to encouraging others.

In a recent interview, she disclosed that it hasn’t been easy with as a plus size but she never listens nor let it stop her from reaching her goals.

She said: “Well, it has not been easy for me; the rate at which people criticize the plus size people. As for me, I am never bothered about what people say. I am only bothered about my life, career and household because the more you listen to criticism, the more it breaks you.

My advice to plus size people out there is never listen to criticism but always eat right and keep fit to keep the heart going.”
