Clearly she's incapacitated and can no longer function effectively. At this critical point in Nigeria we need Ministers that will hit the ground running.

She is not diabetic. She is hypoglycemic. If you read what OP posted you will notice it was stated that she has low blood sugar. Diabetic patients have high blood sugar. I am also hypoglycemic and when the blood sugar is low, one feels very weak and one begins to shake and feel dizzy. She (the minister) probably did not eat before leaving the house because we hypoglycemic folks must eat to keep our blood sugar at optimum level or risk having our blood sugar crash.

Honestly I never knew Nigeria has any Women Affairs Minister seen or heard about her for the first time. Anyway madam you better eat well before going for any govt assignment if you think you are playing smart for people to belief you are doing the job and go hungry sorry madam Nigeria is not such country ok.

He's right.
She's diabetic. The low blood sugar was from the drugs for her diabetes. She had likely not eaten for long as she had been touring. Commonly happens.
