House officers currently serving with the Millitary - Airfore, Navy and Army are being owed 6-7months salaries. Please who is responsible? Is there any hope that this salary will be paid this month?

Moderator kindly help move this to the front page. These Doctors are passing through a lot at the moment and need to be paid ASAP. I met one of them who complained bitterly while expressing the stress they have been put into.
