Have you tried soup? Pepper soup? Chicken noodle soup? Dobtou have glucose d at home take it for strength or lucozade before you pass out.

You can try eating slowly and in smaller quantities. What are you craving for? If it's simething healthy and available please get it and take. Fruits like apples, bananas, oranges are helpful too.

Plain white rice or boiled yam, unsalted crackers.

Take you water in sips very cold if you like. Eat frequently don't be hungry before you eat.

Bitter Kola, mint or ginger should be sucked on.

Pele dear. You will be fine soon. Try eat small quantity per time. Still take the coke so u av some sugar as energy in your system.

If you've been vomitting and feeling weak already, you're probably getting dehydrated at this point so you need fluids first of all.

Try taking water in by chewing ice cubes. Also trying taking light peppersoup. Take it bit by bit.

Don't try eating anything heavy else you'll throw them up.

In my own case, i was trying every single meal i craved for until i found the ones my system accepted and i stuck to them. I craved for garri soaked in ice cubes with beans. I ate it all day as it was the major meal my body didn't react to.

You were suppose to take d 2nd dose on d 14th of this month. Which day did they tell u to come. If it has passed nothing spoil. Just take your 2nd dose when you go back. In your next preg, you will have to start afresh. All d best

Good afternoon lovely mamas. Please I am just coming back from hospital as I' ve been feeling feverish. Test was done and malaria parasite was seen ( one plus) and PCV is 31%. Was given Coartem and paracetamol.

Please just want to confirm; is COARTEM safe in third trimester and is 31% ok for PCV?I am 33weeks gone. Thanks in advance.

Sorry about the fever. Yes coartem is safe in 3rd trimester. Pls try to build your Pcv. 31% is 'let my people go'. Keep up with ur haematinics and add lightly steamed ugu to most of your meals. Don't forget to take at least 1 proteinous food(meat/egg/fish) a day. All d best

Please what about Lonart(DS) , I actually didn't see a gynae today, I met a GP, hence my concern. I had to call the gynae and he said I should take Lonart, even before I told him that I had already been given Coartem.


Do please is Lonart(DS) double strength also safe? Thanks so much, I am already working on the PCV, it was actually lower than that, Ugu, Anara leaves and God is gradually bring it up.

I force puke after eating cos i have a problem of regurgitation.
As in it could be 2 hours and the food will come back.
Imagine.
Even when i seat .
I wake up at night with food stuck in my throat... if i dont throw up, i wont be fine.
So i just do it...

Worst of all is if i eat rice.
Its crazy.

I even throw up water i drank last night the next morning.... lol

Its crazy.... i only enjoy beans n pasta n nporraige yam. And thats when am hungryyyyyyyy.

Its not easy o jare.
Its just drugs helping me n baby grow...

My doctor was even complaining that i like drugs too much.

Thanks so much. Am not over dieting. Just normal moderate eating. 30wks tomorrw for me. I take soft drinks once in a while.love d fact dt I am drinking lots of water.
95kg at start of Preg nd dropped to 91kg by end of 1st trimestr.today at my appt, my weight was 93.1.
