Took 24days from interview day and 1month 10days after submission at vfs.
Thanks to everyone here that contributed to this success event..i pray all of us here plus the intending applicants shall have our success stories likewise.

I submitted last week of August.

My Dear pipo. I got a positive decision about my visa application. It is a long story. Actually my first visa application was on the 14th of July 2016 which i got a negative decision on the 11th of August 2016 due to insufficient funds. I then reapply on the 25th of August 2016 and my file got to the immigration office on the 5th of September 2016. On the 12th of September 2016 i got a positive decision. Belgium here i come. Thanks to everyone for the support an ideas we put together. More good news are on the way. God is great

I still have the privilege to ending of this month to early Oct to resume.In fact,my phone has been my strong companion since submission.I got confirmation mail of submission to the embassy already.I believe the call will come shortly

Well, let him/her approach the Belgium embassy in his country of residence first. He needs to go with all his statements of account. It could be worth the try.

Its not necessarily 2000 euros... This is the breakdown... Your sponsor should have 1156 for himself.... 635 for you.... And 150 for each dependant ... So if your sponsor don't have dependant den you should aim 1791 euros monthly... But if he has dependant. You will have to add 150euros on dat amount for each dependant ... If he has 2 dependant, then we are talking about 2091 if its one dependant, we are talking of 2091-150=1941 ... So it all depends on the number of dependant your sponsor have.

He can use block account if he can get the loan for you and will repay at convenient time..just my suggestion though... The decision is yours and your sponsor to make... It's my first time using this app, though I couldn't read up all the 20 pages. I want to re-apply for Vliruos scholarship this October as my application last October 2015 wasn't successful. Please I would really need help from those who have been successful in previous application.
