You forgot to include, prices used in paying researchers, bug testers and identifiers, developers, amounts used in shipping the phones all over the world, also advertising , the cost of giving out replacements on warranty.. InShot whoever started this comparison is a novice in running a company.

OP, oya go and buy your own parts and build your own iPhone 7 or whatever name you want to name it.
