E-Diot, how many attacks have occured since your last count. Have you forgotten that Niger Delta Avengers have decided to give you some reprieve. If they resume their activities, you will be lucky to produce 900,000BPD.
That's why he said with "sustained peace in the Niger Delta it would be possible to grow production" , its like you do not want peace yeah undecided

1,752,536bpd multiplied by 30 days equals 52,576,080 dollars per day

52,576,080 Dollars multiplied by N300 equals N15,772,824,000, REVENUE PER DAY FROM SALES OF CRUDE OIL ALONE.

In 30 days, N15,772,824,000 multiplied by 30days equals N473,184,720,000

Using conservative dollar exchange rate estimates, Nigeria earns N473 billion per month from the sale of only crudeoil, cocoa is not there, no solid minerals, no TSA, no taxes, no NLNG, no diaspora remittances, yet we are in recession.

This is just laughable cheesy

The fact that some people still reason with this government is just laughable.

End time government.
This calculatiom doesn't work the way you put it.
Oil exploration is 60/40 joint venture. The FG gets 60% while the oil companies takes 40%.

The FG only gets 60 % revenue per day of the total sale

60% of 473bn naira is about 280bn naira. Last month the federal government shared 510bn naira. How much does firs make in a month and customs in a month,

You mentioned cocoa, how much do we really export and earn from it, TSA is simply the government purse, all the money generates goes in TSA, so TSA generates nothing.

Our budget is based on oil sales because oil accounts for more than 70% of our revenue.

Responses like this gives me hope that sensible people, though in danger of being extinct still exist on this forum.

do you even know what abated means?? in that context, abated was used as lessened. it is a polysemous words. abated was not used as eradicated there. Now tell me who is dull?
Ur lack of smarts is still seeping through the cracks here. How do u measure when a recession is lessened within 3 weeks? Are u high? U are still repeating the nonsense. How does one measure how diminished or aggravated an economic recession has become in the short space of 3 weeks?
U didn't even know u were in a recession until u were told by experts. So how would u know if the recession has gotten better or worse and in a short time of 3 weeks for that matter? Think before u talk. I am not one of those daft people on nairaland u usually find urself engaged with. I will point out the faults in all ur assertions. So think carefully before replying.
