Who has used this new App called "Doze" on Android devices. The "Doze" feature comes by default in Android Mashmallow, however there is another app called Doze in Playstore that can be downloaded on older Android versions to enjoy the doze mode. I installed the app on my S4 running Android 5.0.1 Lollipop. It has actually helped to improve my battery life but what I noticed is that it actually powers down all my social media apps and prevents them from accessing the Internet. The only time it works is when I open those apps. My WhatsApp does not work until I open it. Is there a way to use Doze without these aggressive features?

It stops all ur apps from refreshing except wen they are been launched

To be sincere it has actually helped to boost my battery performance. My S4 battery that normally lasts 2-3hrs before now lasts almost 10-11hrs!

It's an awesome app. The android stand-by is now in parallel with iOS thanks to Doze
