Hi, please, I am carrying out a project entitled 'The Role of Early Sex Education, and Religion in the Prevention of HIV/AIDS among Secondary School Students '

Right now I am just confused. I don't know the statistical design to employ. I am contemplating using ANOVA, and still Chi-Square comes to mind.

I need your help, please.

Multiple regression would be a better option since you have two independent variables

multiple regression is good not just because of the number of iv(s), you consider the main goal of the study, from here you want to check for the relationship between the iv(s) and dv, also you want to make possible prediction on which iv would possibly predict or lead to the dv
