Right now I am just confused. I don't know the statistical design to employ. I am contemplating using ANOVA, and still Chi-Square comes to mind.

multiple regression is good not just because of the number of iv(s), you consider the main goal of the study, from here you want to check for the relationship between the iv(s) and dv, also you want to make possible prediction on which iv would possibly predict or lead to the dv
