A reputable modern baking firm is urgently looking for an experienced Production Manager with the under listed requirements. Oversee baking staff to ensure standards are followed Ensure compliance with customer servicen ad safety Ensure quality control systems are followed. Responsible for the profitability of the company Oversee inventory and ordering of ingredient such as flour, butter, sugar etc HND/BSc in Food Tech/Microbiology and any relevant background. 3-4 years experience in food and baking industry.
