There's always budget for it but they never did, go back to your list of roads in 2016 budget if this very one is there pls! It was not budgeted but work is in progress over a month now..He must be applauded if not by all, but those of us who lives here.

Fashola is the minister in charge of road construction among other things, so it's his job.
My state governor Obiano is working and doing well. I don't need to heap special praises on him, cos it's what we elected him to do. If he doesn't do his job, we vote him out.
It's as simple as that.

But we are still trying to figure out why when it comes to a road in the east like the Enugu-Onitsha express road, you concession it under a PPP arrangement for a private firm to do it and then collect tow on it
