Vacancies exist in the Abuja office of one of the leading drycleaning and launderer companies in Nigeria for the following positions.

1. Factory Drycleaner
• Collect and professionally handle dropped garments for dry-cleaning, check labels and clean as appropriate; cross check instructions on tagging paper for stains, spot out stains where necessary.
• Manages the dry-cleaning of garments ensuring no delays and damages to customers’ garment.
• Pay extra attention to delicate garments so as to process them without damaging the fabric or its component materials.
• Obtain any necessary information that will aid, facilitate or enhance prompt and satisfactory cleaning.
• Responsible for the dry-cleaning machines/consumables, safeguard them with ultimate caution and expertise and report any fault to the Dry-cleaning Team Lead
• Complies with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting.
• Manage all materials used in the department and give timely notice of such before there is depletion of stock so as to be replaced.
• Ensure proper handling tracking and safety of all garments
• Perform any other duty as assigned by the Team Lead or Production Manager.

Customer Relations Officer
• Provides quality customer service to customers daily
• Handles and responds to all requests/queries/complaints/enquiries made by customers in a courteous and efficient manner
• Ensures the shop and the environment is clean before the shop opens for business.
• Takes customers’ orders for services and communicating them accurately to the relevant operations unit – dry cleaning, laundry, cobbler, alterations, upholstery, etc.
• Ensures proper analysis is done for garments dropped off and inform the customer appropriately
• Ensures all garments are properly booked and tagged for identification
• Handles pick-up of garments ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures
• Releases finished items to customers and receive payment from customers
• Ensures all customer complaints are resolved amicably and in good time
• Provides correct and complete report as may be required by the Head, Customer Service & Branch Manager
• Performs any other duties or tasks as may be required by the Head, Customer Service & Branch Manager


Candidates MUST have previous working experience of a minimum of 1 year working experience in a dry cleaning company within the Abuja or northern states region. Customer Relations Officer must also have a great command of English Language and must be a great conversationalist.
