It's simple. Pick up all the destroyed ballot papers as evidence. Count them and ascertain the preliminary or presumable paper taking the lead. Then identify the most sagacious politician or the most notorious thug whose unit it is. If the presumable result does not favour the politician's or thug's preferred candidate then arrest him for severe gruelling interrogation. But I'm afraid Nigeria is incapable. Very incapable, especially in this change government. |
