Your Gionee P5w is not better than Tecno W4. We can compare specs if you wish.

If phantom 5 were to be reproduced now, it won't sell at 70k. It will sell higher. Phantom 5 was released when Dollars was 216k to a Naira or so.

Now a dollar equals 480 at least.

Use your initiative and do the Math.

But it's not by force to buy a phantom 6. Tecno have boom j8 and camon c9 which are mid range phones at cheaper prices. Nigerians are funny. When u give them something that is below standard they will scream, give them something with some standard they will say t is too expensive. How can someone buy gionee m5 for 60k plus and complain that phantom 6 is too expensive for 88k. The 2 phones no be mate. I'm not a fan of either phones but phantom 6 is far better than gionee m5 in all category. Better display, better processor, better camera, fingerprint sensor, better build, just name it. M5 is only better in battery department and the price u have to pay for that is to carry a heavy phone.

I want to see the reaction of those people shouting gionee m5 when gionee m6 and m6 plus drop because I know it will be more expensive than phantom 6 and phantom 6 plus.

My reason for appreciating Tecno like I do is because I know when this device came out. I never liked Tecno, I rejected it for no good reason other than stereotypes. Even if they dash me, I no go use.

Today, I have become that person who will flaunt the back of my phone so people will see I'm holding a Tecno.

It's symbolic of my personality as an individual I guess.
I have always wanted to be that person who stands with those who are denigrated and looked down on. I prefer walking the walk with them and then watch the world celebrate them later on.

The product that comes close is the M6 plus and I can still see Phantom 6 plus beating it specs wise, yet Gionee M6 plus is more expensive.

How can you compare a Gionee M5 with Quad-core 1.3 GHz CPU and a Tecno phantom 6 with a Processor of 2.1GHz? They are not in the same league nau. Most of these people commenting there on social media are just ignorant. They belong to the "phone na phone" group.
