registered wit my email id since then am yet to get an email confirmation even as i tried registering again it keeps telling me that the email id has bin previously used

But this is very shameful,how can you be a citizen of a place without any form of national identity ..I think you are a big disgrace ,even if its a drivers license or passport try and get one..its mandatory

Was at the Ikeja passport office today, only to be welcomed with the new e-passport prices. For children below 18 years = N8,500. Adult above 18 years = N20,000 and adults above 60 years = N8,500. Visit national I'd card office opposite govt house alausa ikeja, go with ur waec result that will stand as a means of identification. Instantly you will fill the form and you will be captured. Explain to the person attending to u that u will need the number to enable you fill a job form. They will give u
