Oga don't say what you don't know. I was a presiding officer in Ovia Northeast ward 2 unit 5. The election was free and fair. INEC gave we Corps members a mandate that we must not make mistakes. There shouldn't be inconclusive election. Many Edo people attested to it that the election was free and fair.

There is no way you can compare Rivers State government or any state government for that matter to the federal government. The federal government as inherited by Buhari is one that was running on deficit, one that was borrowing money to pay salaries and one that was heavily indebted to oil marketers and contractors. Buhari inherited a budget that was about 90% recurrent expenditure, there is no state in Nigeria with an economy as bad as that. So comparing an oil rich state like Rivers State, the richest state in Nigeria, to the federal government is like comparing hell and heaven. While Buhari has to pay debts and manage the economy to achieve a healthy balance between capital spending and recurrent expenditure, Wike just had to use the large sum of money he's receiving in IGR, interest-free loans, and federation allocation to do visible projects like his predecessors did. He has however failed in every single aspect of development.
