Leaving My Uncomfortable Comfort Zone, I Need A Volunteer Job by Inteldeji: 1:15pm On Oct 02, 2016
My comfort zone has been so uncomforting lately. It has become a zone of regrets and heartaches with the immense capabilities of snuffing the life out of me-it almost did but as it is said "what does not kill you makes you stronger". Indeed dis is true at least in my case i would say yes cos having weathered the storm of depression and the raging tempest of indecision,my mind did not drown neither was it swept away. In a remarkable fashion and like an expert swimmer i have resurfaced but dis time stronger. Cutting straight to the chase, I have decided to move to Lagos and I need a volunteer job. I want to feel useful i don't want to keep wasting away like dis. I dread unemployment and its offsprings like depression e.t.c and i never again want to feel their arms wrapped around me. Pls fellow nairalanders help me I would be residing around Orile axis any volunteer job in Lagos irrespective of the location would be deeply appreciated.

Try and locate a company around orile that lines up with your interest. I don't advise you to volunteer somewhere far since you won't be paid for your services and money ain't on your side. Keep up the faith dear

I think it all boils down to interest and passion.

Yeah I perfectly agree with you cos I do not have the flare for it and ordinarily my interests do not gravitate towards it. Back then in school, of all the essays taught i was more at ease with the narrative essays but writing is really broad and so even if i were considering it I still have a lot to learn.
