Below is a copied response email from Paypal customer service when I complained to them about not being able to withdraw my funds from Fiverr. Hope this helps somebody. Meanwhile, if you are really passionate about paypal lifting this so-called ban from Nigeria. There is a petition on change.org currently going on. We just need 44 people(at this time) for paypal to consider this. Please visit https://www.change.org/p/paypal-let-nigerians-receive-funds-with-paypal to sign the petition. In the meantime, kindly contact fiverr.com to arrange other payment options that are available for you to use such as bank transfers, check or money order. Alternatively, if you maintain an address and banking/card details in a country where the Receive-Money service is available, you can create a PayPal account under that said country and use it to receive your payments. I'm surprised that people are experiencing that. I think i'm being treated differently by PayPal because I received fund directly into my Nigerian account very recently. Although it was a payment reversal |
