You can't go wrong with the canon C9.
13mp camera rear and front, both with LED flash. 3000mah, 64 bit quadcore processor with 2 GB of Ram.
The other one I would recommend is the vernee Thor, awesome specs as well but I would rather you get the one with service centers available.
