Naija my naija, so our budget has officially jumped from the regions of 4.xx trillion to 6.xx trillion from 2015 to 2016 and beyond, quite interesting

These are examples of the things that have thrown the country into recession today, that a govt will be signing a budget almost at the half of the fiscal year after all the drama of the 2016 budget even now as we speak they are yet to fully implement the budget and now we have just two months before the year is over. They are now talking of 2017 what other name do we call an incompetent administration like this. One would have expected that a serious govt would hit the ground running.

I wonder which investor would ever take these things serious, people that are not even organized.
