I have been getting this page each time i visit the recruitment page. Sometimes, im able to get pass this page after refreshing the page for about 20 times. Who else has seen this.

Please when did you apply? since morning i have been getting error message "Error establishing a database connection" each time i visit the recruitment page. Any botton i click on the page brings up that error message. i have tried using latest version of different browsers ; Chrome, Firefox, AvantGuard, Flock, Safari etc and all produces the same results.

I have applied successfully on September 23rd. Am talking about the mail am supposed to get after applying. The one am supposed to print out.

we deceive ourselves a lot in this country, imaging federal civil service recruitment site has been like dis for d past how many weeks and nothing is been done, no apology

I use google chrome between 3am and 5am dis morning no be small thing when d page show error speak grammar just refresh until u get to the real page.all the best.

I use single mail,but it take 4 days bsfore i got my activatn link in my yahoomail,so from d link i log in straight,and begining to fill Da form,i use smartphone.

Truth be told, there is really no magic to filling this form. The site is terrible and nothing is guaranteed. It would test everything about you. Your:
1. Patience
2. strength
3. Finance
4...even your prayer life!!
However, before you give up remember some have successfully submitted,which means you can too. Who knows maybe that next "refresh" is all you need. May God help us all.

Keep trying teasty!!!! When it is submitted you will know cos it will automatically show you your application. Keep trying and patience are the keywords!!!
As for the WhatsApp group let them be!!! It's just a side distraction and cheap popularity on the part of whoever is behind it.

A lot of factors must be responsible even though the ineptitude of the site's developer cannot be excused!!! Factors such as network problem and traffic on the site are probable cause of error message. All will be well!!! Keep trying!!! Try within the hours of 12am and 6am.

You people are still talking about seeing new entries, what of me that can view my applications and see them page by page but cannot print, for me Its better I don't see anything, than seeing it but cannot print because FCSC has not sent me any confirmation message. I no know whether I go go fight them. The person responsible for that site is lucky am not seeing him eye ball to eye ball. mtvhwwww.

Were you able to save your draft all through to page 18? I have submitted for the past two days and I have not seen any mail. I was able to save my draft till page 8 After that I next the remaing page so that I could be able to submit. Please put us through. Thanks

What do you mean by he should keep trying. Does he have to start the application all over again. Please be awake that multi application for the same position will amount to disqualification. I am concerned because I have the same problem. Thanks

Olaoye keep trying!!! The fact that you keep sending does not mean you have applied successfully. Every successful application will automatically open with your details. No entries message on your portal is an indication that previous submissions were not successful. So keep trying until your portal opens with your information. I rest my case!!!

The House of Representatives has called on the
Federal civil service commission to, without further
delay, declare publicly, the number of vacancies
available and distribute some according to States in
accordance with the Federal character principles.
The call, made yesterday, follows a motion on the
urgent need to investigate the unwholesome
practices involving the Federal civil service
commission with respect to the on going recruitment
exercise announced by the commission, sponsored
by Hon. Henry Archibong and Mustapha Bala Dawaki.Hon. Archibong who expressed concern over the
inability of Nigerians to access the recruitment
portal, disclosed that the portal uploaded by the
Commission is non functional as unemployed
Nigerians have been unable to apply for various
positions.
“Thousands of qualified Nigerians have over the past
days been trying to apply for various positions
advertised by the commission via the portal but are
unable to due to an ineffective portal.
“By uploading a non functional recruitment portal,
the commission is deliberately denying thousands of
suitably qualified Nigerians who wish to contribute
their quota to the service of their fatherland through
gainful employment into the civil service, thereby
subjecting them to hardship.
The non functional portal according to him, “is a ploy
by the commission to come up with names of friend
and the children of the high and mighty in the society
as the only ones that applied for the employment
thereby depriving the children of the poor and the
Federal Government of willing and qualified hands to
move the country forward”.
The lawmakers noted that the action of the
commission is against the change agenda of the
present administration, principle of equity, justice,
fairness, transparency and above all, the principles of
federal character as enshrined in Section 14(3) and
(4) of the constitution.
The House also directed its Committee on Federal
Character to investigate the practice of the
commission and ensure a 24 hour accessibility of the
recruitment portal for intending applicants and
extend the deadline of the submission.
