I finally got through to the customer care line after over a day of trying but to you , that is normal? If you were very interested in knowing what was going on, surely by now, one of your customer care people would have given you this information for you to pass on to the people here without them having to spend man hours trying to get through to your customer care line.

1) For those who tried Mr Alabi's reset and got the message that you have been blocked, use your Google Chrome on Desktop or Laptop open the browser and clear the browser history.

2) Login to your account with the password that was sent to you by the system via reset.

3) When you click login, the page will load(as in my case) but you may not still see your account as logged in. Just refresh the browser again and it will show. This is a bug in the Nairabet new system and not your browser's problem.
I hope they sort it out.

I am VERY VERY sorry you have been put through this. It is not normal to get through ANY customer care line until after 24 hours. From my own end, I get people to call the line randomly and they get through immediately. I go to the department myself and I see all calls being attended to. I am yet to figure out why it took that lone. I am sorry.
