Honestly I'm pissed
Brand new phone that can't even do one week without issue is that none a phone?

Once myself
They did it a couple of times at Carlcare but it was still the same issue, so they collected the phone and asked me to come for it next week.

yea maybe.. cos mine works well too.

my hot 4 outer screen(glass) is damage but it didnt affect d screen or phone every tin is working fine, my battery was low and the phone went down, ever since I've been changing it but d phone has refuse to comeup no sign to show its charging.. i dont tink d problem is from the broken outer glass, ive not rooted d device its just 3days old of purchase .. what could be d problem

Plug your phone to a laptop and leave it.. hopefully it should boot up.

I don't understand what u mean by outer screen.. fixing a broken screen requires changing the entire screen.. i might be wrong though

i mean the surface glass,right at the face, changing it does it requires changing d screen and calibrator cus i heard they all go together as one cannot be change without changing d entire screen

If you take it to carlcare they will insist you pay for the damaged screen before they can go ahead and see what's wrong with your phone.

yea some times it takes longer time to connect to pple's hotspot and it doesnt even connect most times

It's a nice phone but the WiFi not working is a terrible issue

d solution is to reflash with the firmware d problem is from d 19mb ota update

for some device tho.. .mine still has no wifi problem and yes i did the 19mb update
