I need to open PayPal account. I need to receive fund via PayPal. Please, who can help me out?

Let me state ahead that I Dont have Payoneer card. I hope there are other ways of opening it without Payoneer card? Your help will be highly appreciated.

Source of your payment must be legit, if not don't do paypal.

I can help you my friend, I have a PayPal merchant account which I use in selling my eBook but its not verified because PayPal no longer allow Payoneer US virtual account for verification so you don't need Payoneer ok
