That he swore to his God does not mean he is accurate. Capt. Abdullahi is a disciplined, jovial but loquacious officer. He was neither a member of the board nor the Army secretary that recommend number of manpower for the NA. heard him give variant versions of number of candidates to be selected especially when he was talking to candidates from Edo and Borno States who were left with 15-17 candidates (correct me).
Pray your State was left with 9-10 candidtates

Borno remained 13 pls and I think Edo is 12. in fact Borno will be used to complement Adamawa and Yobe states.
