Justice Sylvester Ngwuta has been released by ‎the Department of State Security Service.

A top source at the Supreme Court told our correspondent that the apex court judge was released a couple of hours ago.

However, at press time, Justice Inyang Okoro and A‎deniyi Ademola remained in custody.

That shouldn't stop the NBA from taking a firm action against the DSS / FG.

If they allow this go unchallenged then it will amount to giving up their right as an independent arm of govt.

The judiciary shouldn't allow itself be muzzled by the executive in the guise of fighting corruption.
