But it's so much easier when you use a bottle. That one na oyibo style.

My dear, I have seen a similar case with my two korokoro eyes. The mother tied the baby's hands, fixed the rest of her body in btw her legs, scooped food into her mouth like there was no tomorrow. Then she holds her breath by closing the baby's nose. And the baby gasps for breathe, chokes, then swallows the food forcefully, on top of cry ooo. After feeding, the baby dozes off like somebody wey carry firewood. I was afraid for my life...

Saw a post like that on front page. Since people were saying it was normal and cultural, I decided to face front and ignore. If I find any househelp or crèche whatever feeding my child like that, the person will meet their maker that day.

Mine started as rib pains just at that spot which i have if i sit for too long or lean forward for long while seated. Googled it and saw it was normal wit some preggies. But this pain or hotness on the skin is d one i dont understand. Its definitely not heartburn, Feels like the skin there is burnt but skin looks perfectly fine. Been meaning to ask here but laziness no let me comot from peeping mode. I'm 28wk plus. I hope we can get help from experienced mamas here.

Congrats to all mamas that have put to bed and grace to those still pushing. The good Lord is our strenght. I used to think i knew all about preggy cuz i read alot, i will just be explaining all the science behind it. But mehn! There is a huge difference btw book and reality, lots of discomforts i never wud have imagined. Experience is the only teacher in this case aswear. God help us.

I actually announced my pregnancy but not on social media (except NL)
But the belief is that everybody is a witch that can harm your baby ..
So we announce engagement with ring pictures, announce wedding with photoshoot and wedding IVs, sell aso ebi to our family and friends....and as soon as we become pregnant those same family and friends that bought our aso ebi suddenly become witches and wizards

She shopped to drop for baby girl even to jewelries.

Me too didnt annouce on social media. But sent my close friends my bump pictures....

Then few weeks ago. I did one make up and was feeling myself n put it on facebook... forgetting my nose was like shovel there.... lol

If its yaba. Them plenty
Even shitta in surulere too.
Anywhere they change dollar... those selling pure gold are there.

Am getting mine from Abuja.. when mumsy is coming.

For the piercing, they will have the specialist in d hospital. The one that wont hury your baby or bring out puss later.

My midwife said bottle causes colic....in newborn.
Said the baby will suck air and will result in colic.
Thats why they asked we bring spoon n cup.... if need be and not bottle.

My baby and my SILs baby had that same rash. Initially, people said leave it, just stop cream and soap. I did but the rash spread from his neck to his whole body. My MIL told me to use Skineal or Funbact A mixed with his regular cream for 5 days. I did so and the rash cleared one hand. Stopped after 5 days.

Asked the doctor and he said it could be excema. That he would have prescribed same thing. It's a steroid but it has it's uses and should not be used for a long time.

Tetracycline no just follow.

Saw his pediatrician, she prescribed clotrimazole for his neck and hydrocortisone (steroid) for his face. The neck stuff was a fungal infection and face was something else...steroid to be used for only 10days

he told me to tell my mil to massage my knee to my feet with ori gently and I shld still elevate my leg wheneva I sitdown for easy flow of blood and water cos I did cs den and my tommy was still big looking like a 6 months pregnancy.
