An ILLEGALITY can not stand the test of rule of law, it will only breed another illegality. YOU CAN NEVER WIN ANY CASE THROUGH ILLEGAL ARREST. DO NOT EXPECT THE COURTS TO OBEY THE LAW YOU FLOUT AS A CUSTODIAN. MARK MY WORDS, THE CASES WOULD BE THROWN OUT OF COURT

You are deluded after all the noise shebi Buhari will still bring the judges to court presided by members of the NJC.We will see how far he can go.BTW you are on your own. There is no explicit evidence linking those judges to corruption.
grin funny guy. you added that last line, after you realized the implication of what you said in the first two sentences abi? Which implication is that the judges won't get punished because it's their colleagues who will hear their cases, confirming what we have know since i was a small boy, that the Nigerian judiciary is corrupt.

Why can't you guys just be forthright with yourselves and millions of Nigerians yet unborn. you know Buhari is doing the right thing in this case, yet you are seeking every angle to oppose... why?

Nigerians are under a strong spell. With mob mentality prevalent. The presidency has a way of drawing blood. By publishing huge amount of money while calling people thieves.

Just like I said when it was fashionable to insult GEJ. It will not stop. I repeat, it will not stop.

Buhari who many love so much will not be president forever. When the person who you don't like becomes president, he will do the same thing.

We should stop being myopic.

in reality there is no hard evidence linking them to any corrupt deal. It is not a crime to keep money at home. It is only when the money can be linked directly to crime that anyone can be convicted. The DSS should be smarter than saying someone who had $2m was racing faster than them. Which court of law will accept such a childish testimony?

Even the Chief Justice Of Nigeria has condemned the action but a set of people will keep praising Buhari's undemocratic attitude until when it turns against them.

When Buhari's undemocratic attitude turns against them, you will see this set of traitors shouting Southern Unity.

yeah right?

but they can no longer preside on any case again in the court of law.. That's a huge dent and price they have to pay for allowing corruption in the judiciary.

The Judicial council can always appoint new judges so don't get "high" just yet.. cheers!

You are only making noise online. These case will still be decided by the supreme court judges whether Buhari likes it or not.It is the duty of the executive to arrest. They have done their own by arresting,it is now the turn of the judiciary to carry out the trial.Just sit and watch and let the judiciary do its job.

You do not submit petitions without evidence to the NJC and expect them to act on it.The NJC has suspended judges in the past.Just last week about 4 judges were axed. The NJC will always do its job provided the petitions are backed with evidence.

You mean corruption and ogogoro walked out of Nigeria. Its unfortunate Buhari lack the bite people are touting in Nigeria. He was just enjoying what General Idiagbon have created. He is a coward leader of cowardly almajeri North. Mine be say Yorubas have sacrificed too much for a begotten hopeless country like Nigeria. Yorubas must start working out the calculus and stop fooling themselves about "it will get better". You have sacrificed people resources and time and effort only for parasitic north to usurp it to marry many wives and produce usely almajeri children that are vermins and snakes that only exist for two things Islam and murder which has benefited no one in this country. Watch out for Saudi Arabia they are the sponsor of this evil compatriot and the financier of Boko haram.

Agreed but you talk as if all the Supreme Court Justices have this corrupt tendencies that will make them view this assault as injury to all. Let me remind you that there many fine and incorruptible judges at the Supreme Court who detest the rot in system but there is little or nothing they can do to change the rot in the system. You don't get to hear of them because the few corrupt ones tend to dominate. This action alone will embolden them to now disgrace these bad ones that is giving the judiciary a bad name. Mind you if you are looking for one of such incorruptible judges, the incoming CJN Justice Walter Onnoghen is one of them. I will advice you do a research on him and his judgements however let me share one with you which involved the 2007 presidential election case btw PMB and Yar'adua.

The NJC RECOMMENDED THE PROSECUTION OF A JUDGE JUST LAST WEEK!!! HABA!!! OF COURSE YOU ARE JUST MAKING ONLINE NOISE.AFTER ARRESTING THYE JUDGES WILL THE DSS TRY THEM THEMSELVES? SHEBI THEY WILL STILL BRING THEM TO COURT TO BE TRIED BY "CORRUPT" JUDGES?
COMMON SENSE IS TRULY NOT COMMON.NOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THESE JUDGES ARE GRANTED BAIL AND THEY RETURN TO THEIR DUTY POSTS TO PRESIDE OVER CASES INSTITUTED BY THE DSS? HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT OF THAT? THE DSS SHOULD HAVE WAITED FOR THE NJC BEFORE MOVING AGAINST ANY JUDGE.THEY WILL SURELY REGRET IT.

No hard evidence? Really? Come on. There is lot's of it. DSS has proof, according to them, of even instances where a judge was caught receiving a gift i a store, and others who traveled out to receive theirs. What you must understand that the recovered monies are not the evidence per se, they are the by product. DSS had other evidence of wrongdoing, which led to the raids, and this evidence is what would have been used to obtain search warrants

BTW keeping such large sums of money at home is money laundering. And it is most certainly a crime.
