I think what you should share is the profile you submitted. If Upwork says something is wrong with it, then something truly is wrong with it. Share your profile as you submitted it, let us help you scrutinize it (if you wouldn't mind, that is). After that, go create another account using another email. A fresh email, preferably. My 2 cents.
