yes, because its only in Nigeria they loot recklessly. because its only in Nigeria that if you don't arrest them, they and the partners in crime will do everything possible to sabotage the investigation and will never cooperate unless they are taken in.
God bless my President and strengthen him more

Buhari is as corrupt as they come. He only wants to silence those who can stop him from being a full blown tyrant.

Which president has ever used 270 million to cut grass before?

Meanwhile...

Mr. Abubakar Malami who is the minister of justice and the attorney-general of the federation has shown his support for the raid and arrest of some judges by operatives of the Department of State Service (DSS) insisting that “no one is or should be above the law.”

The NBA should just take several seats.
Don't you know he is an appointee of Buhari? cheesy

To put it properly well, - It is only under Buhari tenure that he sends his security doggs to arrest, harass and humiliate before they investigate!!! undecided

Justice Ayo Isa Salami was rough handed, illegally suspended and forcefully expelled from the bench, there was no a single response from NBA.

A promising young lawyer was killed in Rivers state recently, not even a statement from NBA.

Several courts proceedings/sittings disrupted in Ekiti and a High Court Judge was even slapped by Fayose, not even a press release by the NBA;

Corrupt Justices were apprehended and to be prosecuted, a powerful response from NBA, threatening a show down; who is fooling who for goodness sake?

Let's all shame the NBA;
Let's declare our support for the ongoing war on corruption;

No matter who you are, or where you are; Executive, Judiciary or Legislature if you do anyhow you shall see any how.

it's either you never researched because you copied and pasted or or you just want to distort facts

Or you need more??

The fact is I'm not in support with corruption in the judiciary but a distortion of facts will not go unveiled

Thank you

Fvuck you corrupt punk.

Fools.

Do you think we have no idea how The system runs.

You guys who constantly rape lady justice with her blindfold are the first to ask of her when it's time for justice

A long time ago I realised we don't need a democracy. We aren't ready for that yet. What we need is a benevolent dictator with absolute powers.

One man on a mission to drag us to where we ought to be not where we think we should be.

Democracy in Africa ( dark continent) Nigeria specifically is a waste of time.

Case in point the presidency isn't exactly clean hence he cannot stop absurd payments to the NASS for they would impeach him.

Here's the I treating thing would they impeach buhari for pastor to take over. I think not.

Nigeria not a giant just a midget with an adults voice.

Anyone who advocates for dictatorship is an extremist like Buhari with an evil Islamic agenda. We know that's wehat Buhari wants. The corruption excuse is lame. Find another excuse. grin

Whatever method is used to track down these crooks is allowed. Nigerian criminals are too advanced, using conventional approach would make majority of them escape punishment.
Re: It’s Only In Nigeria We Arrest Before We Investigate, Says NBA Secretary by adconline(m): 6:41pm On Oct 11, 2016
It's only in Nigeria that you're adjudged guilty before prosecution The executive is the investigator, police, judge and executor of justice.
The same president who refused to appear before Oputa panel; exhausted all legal options up to the Supreme Court when he challenged electoral victories of OBJ, Yar'dua and GEJ. He allowed those " corrupt judges" to rule in his favor on his certificate and eligibility to contest without being arrested or disqualified
The courts allowed Tinubu to contest court cases without arresting him. Same corrupt court made Amaechi governor. Same corrupt court affirmed Ambode as the governor.

It is also only in Nigeria that judges who swore to uphold the cause of justice as the last hope of the common man turn round collect bribes , thwart justice and become the frustration of the common man. It also only in Nigeria that lawyers throw away their professional integrity and facilitate bribary of judges by politicians and frustration of corruption cases. It is also only in Nigeria that peoplle we all know are thieves are still occupying positions of honour with intension to continue to control us tomorrow. Nigerians be wise. The same people keeping your civilization in their bank accounts at home and abroad wants to deceive us. This is the first time we are getting a man as president who can freighten corrupt generals , cabals, hitherto untoucheable politicians. We should all support him.

If the certificateless despot could “regularly skip school and was oftenly flogged by the schoolmaster” for his insubordination, untamed and wanton characters, then how do you expect him to have regards for due process and the rule of law? Both the global and local courts have ruled against the odious malfeasance of this govt, but the certificateless despot have proven to be recalcitrant.

It is a pity that APC media conduits have been able to hoax gullible Nigerians into developing a misleading impression that the NJC is not doing enough to discipline and recommend recusant and recidivating judges for prosecution, thus, that enabled the SSS to have a tenable reason on why they should invade the homes of Judges and extrajudicially apprehending them without any tenable substantiation.
Nigeria, I hail thee... a country where the learned lie and avoid facts out of sentiments, a country where the intelligent deliberately act like illiterate, to achieve a cheap point. Only sane nigerians will support the DSS action on our corrupt judges. Somebody who stole a tuber of yam will be sentenced to 5 years in prison while a politician who stole billions will be asked to go after paying a fine of 600k. It's appalling the way and manner some people kick against the DSS action in recent times....and they call themselves leaders of tomorrows? It's unfortunate! The DSS detected funds transfers to the accounts of some judges through BVN. the DSS swung into action and caught them rend handed and people were complaining? Shame! If the DSS should investigate or go through due process before arresting them, they'd have displaced the bribe moneys they took. that was why they carried out the arrest, almost same time and the judges were already giving useful information. Many heads will roll in coming days. Arrest before investigation had taken place before in like-manner in FBI Vs US judges. If all what the DSS could do to catch those thieves, was by arresting them unawares, kudos to them! After all Obama invaded Pakistan overnight without informing Pakistani govt of the execution of Osama bin laden, breaking the international sovereignty laws. Eventually, nothing happened after Pakistani govt's threats. Had Obama informed Pakistan of the raid, they would have relocated bin laden before the navy seals' arrival and the mission would be jeopardised. In the same vein, what the DSS did was highly commendable. Those hard currencies found in their homes were exhibits tenable in the law court.

The next time they catch any of your person for even the smallest crime, may he be lynched to death!

Can you say amen to that then, since using conventional approach would make majority of them escape punishment?

I'm confused though
Aren't people arrested in America too
Put in jail cells
And still called 'innocent until proven guilty'?
How is that exclusive to Nigeria?

Mumu NBA secretary were you not told that glaring evidences as a result of long period of investigation were at hand (available ) even before the arrests were made? Corruption have sealed your senses and can no longer think properly.

And it's only in Nigeria a guy coming out of a bank will be arrested and assume to be a yahoo boy. If that can be done to common man, I see no reason why a corrupt judge can't be arrested...

Why are you supporting such a criminal act, everything DSS did is in conformity with DSS act. in this case, judges are involved, let them sue
Re: It’s Only In Nigeria We Arrest Before We Investigate, Says NBA Secretary by Blue3k(m): 7:10pm On Oct 11, 2016
Everyone keeps talking like all the facts are known. Til buhari gets conviction this means nothing. We can argue about DSS jurisdiction all day but it will be brought up in court anyway. Then we'll truly know.

Nobody is supporting curruption by being skeptical of Buhari's methods. We all belive in justice. We know judges are citezens like the rest of us and aren't above the law or getting arrested. They deserve due process which Buhari's followed from what I can tell. He had warrant arguements about time of arrest is moot. I agree it wasn't necessary to do it 1 a.m though.

Ladtly to all the people begging for dictatorship shut up. Get sense you pathetic worms and don't let your desperation let you run off a cliff. Youre solution is like curing a head ache by going to the guillotine.

How do we liberate Nigerians?
They are protesting, crying and wailing for corrupt Judges.
They want special law for the poor and another for the rich.
They cry to high heaven for corrupt Judges that set corrupt politicians free all in the name of "rule of law" they are ignorant about.
State one law that was broken in the raid by DSS, they cannot but they are still crying.
What is the problem with these people?
Tell us if you are crying for morals and not illegality and we will leave you to cry forever for moral is subjective.
