The DSS claimed they had been investing for almost a year, they submitted their findings to NJC, they invited the judges, they secured search and arrest warrants and they've also allowed the judges to be bailed.

If it's a common man that steals common iPhone 7 on the street, you people will show on TV and newspapers and subsequently lynch him without warrant of arrest or prosecution- No media trial there. But when it comes to rich men, you support them

after writing SJC severally about the judges without success, obtaining search warrant and arrest which gives provision to breakdown doors at any time of the day where necessary, monies found counted and signed to by both parties, arrested persons were duely araigned and given bail lawfully because they must not be dtained beyond 48hrs?

This has been my position,that the government who had an attorney general, presidential committee comprising of erudite legal luminaries headed by a cerebral Prof. Itse Sagay and a two time attorney general of Lagos state as a VP Prof. Osinbajo (SAN)will hardly allow its critical agents to take an erroneous actions that bothers on constitutionality and the rule of law.

most of Nigeria elites are educated illiterate. For a start, What is internal security? who is capable of breaching internal national security? what is the root of all evils?. people should learn from the emergence of book haram and Niger delta militants. high profile individuals were been assassinated in rivers every day. Those killing them were not using sticks, they use guns. They did not plug the guns from a tree, they were bought with money. and if you may asked, with what money. I will say our stolen money.

I perceive that other corrupt judges will be planning burning the dollars, pounds, euro etc or any documents that can implicate them so as to be seen clean from the anti graft agency. Nigeria will surely rise again.

If you're sound in politics you'll know that dogs don't eat dogs. Has the legislature ever slammed any of its member? What about the executive? Why do you think it will or should happen in this case? This is a distraction from poor management of the economy.

When the Judiciary and the Legislature becomes target practice for the Executive, then we can easily come to the conclusion that we are already in a dictatorship were due process, the rule of law and separation of power is systematically eroded.

The putsch by the executive against the Judiciary and Legislature is a clear and present danger. The next step is the press and individual freedoms. All the executive needs to do now is to use blackmail (with the accusations) against the Judiciary and Legislature to have its way without proper checks and balance. The DSS/SSS is now Nigeria's Gestapo of the infamous Nazi regime.

Using corruption as a false flag and smokescreen to establish a one-man rule in a large and diverse country such as Nigeria can never be successful. Dictators have a common trend and end.
