Lmao! Arsenal has the most profitable stadium. So what?? That's bcoz Arsenal charge the highest for season tickets probably across all of Europe. Anyways, it's a good thing most profitable stadium doesn't mean most successful club. Coz if we do a ranking based on club success, we know wia Arsenal go dey for the table |

Assnal fans ehnn.. Nawa 4 dem. We all know Man u and Chelsea have been struggling over the years but we can see how they are tryna come back to their best by buying quality players. Fine the players might not have clicked yet but they keep on taking the risk (to know how hungry they are 4 success). I know they'll come back to their best in few seasons to come (not that I support them tho.. Just tryna be factual). Imagine a team that has Giroud and Perez as top strikers and they wanna win the CL . They'll keep trolling Man u and Chelsea for their failure to qualify 4 the CL whereas they become littluns when they enter they enter the knock out stage of the CL . Anyhow sha.. You guys should know your place, Man U and Chelsea ain't ur mates in Europe at all.Even in England sef ![]() |

Spy360:Hahahaha! ![]() You had a better start last season and what did it yield to at the end? You ended up with no trophy.. Ordinary Watford knocked u out of the FA cup tournament. You beat Chelsea that's right, $hit happens. That doesn't mean you'll win the league. I pray Arsenal will be drawn with Barca again in the CL so Messi can extend his record. Bonus club! |

TRendlona:And how exactly has buying average, over hyped, over priced mediocrities translated into results for Chelsea and Man United especially the latter recently? How has it helped their comeback? Since your definition of success is primarily result based hinged on the purchase of these quality players, shouldn't United and Chelsea be exchanging the EPL and Champions League trophy back to back? Whatever happened to the purchases of Di Maria, Falcao etal by these clubs in their prime? 2013/2014 EPL season: Chelsea 3rd, Arsenal 4th and United 7th 2014/2015 EPL season: Chelsea 1st, Arsenal 3rd, and United 4th 2015/2016 EPL season: Arsenal 2nd, United 5th, and Chelsea 10th You should realize that in the current league, United are at risk of losing out of the top 4 and that means another season without champions league footy or the EPL title. As long as the winners of the EPL are neither Chelsea or United, you have no justification to troll Arsenal. You are allowed to live and cherish the history of your club, (after all that is what the resurgent Liverpool cling on) and its previous achievement, however, the euphoria should not becloud the reality that United and Chelsea are in crises, especially if both clubs fail to finish top 4 this season. |

Roland17:Bro.. U misquoting me. We all know these two clubs have been in crises in recent years. My point is that they aim very high unlike Arsenal that settles for the less. Chelsea and Man U have bought several players and sacked out coaches all in the name of regaining form. Arsenal over the years has been very complacent. They are satisfied with how things are and are not ready to make any change. PSG's former boss Laurent Blanc was sacked this season having won four league titles in a row but because the club wanted something better (the champions league), they sacked him. Mounrinho won the league for Chelsea and was sacked the following season cos he won nothing. LVG won the FA cup last season and yet united fans still wanted him out cos he didn't meet up to their expectation. Arsene wenger has won just only 2 trophies in 11 years and yet Arsenal has done nothing about it. They don't wanna buy any good player, an exception is Ozil and Sanchez of which these 2 guys have made a little change since their arrival (winning 2 FA cups ), now if only two players can make this change, try to imagine how strong ur squad is gonna be if u signed the players u initially wanted to sign all these years I'm talking about Benzema, Mahrez Ibrahimovic etc. There are some things one can't achieve in life if the person doesn't take risks. These two clubs have been taking the risk by buying players with high quality although some of the player's price are way too high eg Pogba . The players are yet to click we know but they've made efforts and I really commend that unlike ArsenalI believe in no time, they'll return back to their best. |

TRendlona:Firstly, let me appreciate you for keeping this argument civil, and devoid of name calling. Where i differ with your argument is the belief that purchasing several over hyped players, over priced players, hiring and firing coaches every season would guarantee you any success. in the fortunate instance it does, such success is short term and not sustainable. Teams need time to make mistakes, blend and grow. The same Giroud, Ramsey, Jack, Santi, Ox, Walcott, Mert etal you ridicule are the same players who have led Arsenal to consecutive top 4 finishes in the past 4 seasons competing against teams with perceived better players in quality according to you. This achievement may never gain a medal or trophy, however, United's or Chelsea's management would trade their best player only if it guarantees them the champions league this season or next. Take a critical look at the gradual ascendance of Liverpool in the EPL. Initially, they started out seeking short term results, they purchased every available player they could outbid other teams from. After Benitez, they hired and fired several coaches until they decided to make a long term decision by hiring Klopp and we are witnesses to his imprints on Liverpool. The definition of success for every team in the EPL is quite subjective. What United defines as success would be variant from what Hull City deems success. This is applicable to Arsenal FC, albeit long and hard suffering, however, it is the best route to go considering changes that have occurred in the organization. While the yearn and demand for more EPL title and the champions league is justified, I am not getting carried away by these demands not to note the success of the team. |

Roland17:@ emboldened I don't go with the opinion of buying over hyped players every season or changing of coach all the time. My point is Arsenal are not ready to make any positive change in the squad, also in their performance. They keep on giving the same thing every season. The only way this can change positively is by changing the coach and buying quality and experienced players. |

Roland17:Roland, Name the 5 most successful clubs of the past decade in Europe and tell the number of coaches they have had in the same time frame Also no team set out to buy flops, but given the nature of football buying and selling, you are bound to get a flop in every 3-4 major buys Bayern that many will say are conservative in the market have bought players that didn't work out, remember Tymoschuk, Benatia Gotze. To be scared of buying flops is to not buy at all and to not buy at all is to go down in relevance Not that I am for wasting money but its also good to note that most of the most successful coaches are also greatest spenders in the market |

raumdeuter:Build a new stadium on debts... survive on champions league money then come back to chat shit... how many coaches would make top 4 with the calibre of players arsenal had... the numbers of injuries... in the last decade...?!!! one thing rival fans reek of is jealousy... Arsene has done a marvellous good job... you know it will pay off and you can only wish it was your club at the long run... Bayern wanted him, real Madrid did too... if arsenal are playing shit and your suppose top clubs are after him... then you agree... he must be doing something right... |

Bayern did, Juventus did and are in a better Sporting position compared to Arsenal. It even shows Arsenal make more money from gate takings |

Trendlona, Raumdeuter What's your point really? Is it that 1. Arsenal shouldn't have carried out the stadium project but should have just focused on winning titles as before? Or that... 2. Arsene should still have won titles irrespective of the quality of players available, so by not doing so he is not good enough? |
