Really struggling to get a right formation for my team, very soon i'll be up against the best team( pretty much all the best players in the world). He plays 4-2-4 and attacks down both flanks with short pass and defend in own area. But overall i need a effective formation which i can use all the time.

Would really appreciate your thoughts on this. Please refer to the attached First and Youth Team.

and if you can help with another formation I will be glad to have it. as you see there is no more good player in that game world so that's why my team is full of young players .and I have different tactics but they kept on loosing. the funniest thing is that I rejoined soccer manager because I was challenged by my friends saying that I can't replicate my past success again and it's becoming a reality so that why I ask for help and to crown it all I went to one the sm forum and what I read surprised me (tactics no longer the issue except good players (93 rating and above) so u need to turn this all around the. Thanks

all in all there is no SOLUTION

just find a better game world.... you don't even have a 91 rated player .

waoh you can't believe this I mixed the squad a bit and have started winning starting against big teams

If the rotation is working for you, stick to it, don't change formations during the season....
