Why is it hard to strengthen by 30-40 naira against the dollar and but easy to depreciate same 30-40 against the dollar ?

I am tired of seeing this story.

You guys should let us know, once it has gone back to 200. And this CBN policies no dey help. Before when you get dollar from abroad, you collect the dollar and then since their policy of paying people in naira, made dollar scarce, everytin changed plus the oil fall. I hope it gets back to 200 soon. APC promised us $1 equals N1, but we are seeing something different. We are just begging them to take it back to 200.
