Ekiti state the educated illitrate state where they sell their birthright for a loaf of bread. This is how the elites in that state ride on them with pride. SHAME.
patriotic9jaboy:
This is not governance. Instead of creating an enabling environment for ekiti indigenes to thrive, fayose is distributing agege bread. After eating the loaf of bread, what next? Where is the next meal coming from? Instead of industrializing the state and encouraging the youths especially to get involved in agriculture so there will be abundant food, the clown of a governor will instead dance around ekiti and distribute rations grin i cant imagine governor Ambode going about with bread to win the heart of lagosians. Ekiti people brought this on themselves

GEJ tried but this present government has not encouraged it. One man is using it here to pull crowd.

There was no real continuity because some vested interests were making fortunes from the importation of wheat! Many farmers who went into cassava farming hoping there will be huge uptake suffered glut. Out of the thousands of bakeries in Nigeria how many percent are into cassava bread production?

Kenya produces and exports wheat and milk thus the cheapness of bread and milk in Kenya. I bought a 600gms of bread for 70 Kenyan shillings in 2013 as at yesterday l still bought at 70 Kenyan shillings.

folk, the federal govt a meal per day for school children initiatives is quite different from the stomach infrastructure of this rogue governor.
the a meal per day is conceive to keep Nigerian kids who are not interested or never value education in school. more or less like incentive to give them the impetus to go to school.
the 5000 naira stipend is a social welfare scheme practice all over advanced nation given to the underprivileged, not all and sundry.

contrary, I don't know the aim and objectives of your hero governor by distributing food all around the state. if you tell me its about poverty in the land, then you must be as senile as he is.
You took so much time explaining and justifying one thing and on the same breathe condemned it. So much For hatred of Fayose!

friend learn to read positive meaning from what people do, not negatives. i am not from Ekiti and i do not know who Fayose the governor is but he is doing his best. leadership isn't easy as some of you see it. If you were to be a governor tomorrow, bet me, u won't do half of what this governor is doing. thanks
