This is report from one of our office desk, from the month of April.
I notice serious change. I know other businesses are affected too.
Customers appear more impatient and unlikely to accept little increase in price.

Things are not going well for both small & big Co. Other people may not understand why big companies are laying off staff but with the reports from our own company I know things are not going well.

You are absolutely right. I compared your report to mine and the percentage decrease is similar. The problem is across board. But there is always an opportunity to increase sales. One just needs to look deep and restrategise. From your report, I am able to deduce that you are currently serving "walk in" customers. I am sure you will do better if you go outside your business environment to get jobs

We are trying to add more services, and focus more on the internet. Training staff on services that can be offered over the internet.

Even as the monthly total is going down, the cost of Materials is going up.

For example.
A4 (80g) papers used to be N2,800 but today it is N6,500

Monthly internet data cost: used to be N37,000 but now N42,000

And same with other materials.

You mean out of the dwindling revenue, you still have to spend all this money not to talk of salaries?
Re: Can You See The Change In This Monthly Report (photos) by ThundrCork(m): 6:08am On Oct 15, 2016
^^^ what of rent? The salary is even the most scary part. Even worse if you have your staff stealing from the already meagre revenue.

It's tough But there are always new ideas and opportunities. Diversification is key. Just keep expanding and never depend on one source

With an annual rent payment of N500K and N600K as total annual salary for your staffs, I think you need to reduce your staffs. You should look into graphic designs, you can also increase your marketing drive, do you laminate, what of ID cards and Passports? You might also want to look into printing for souvenirs, good luck
