Mine too is verve and it worked easily.. Be sure your atm is registered for soft token, if it is then you will see where it is written make payment online, the procedures are easy to follow.. But i did mine after i have finished my registeration and i now log in to my dash board to make the online payment..

Try logging in with your mail and password or verify again from your mail..hope it helps
