Nigerian census is a UN backed irreversible fraud. There has never been and there will not be a true headcount in Nigeria because it will shake many sensitive international organizations involved in the conspiracy. They will just calculate annual growth rate of 3% for all the States and 4% for Lagos, Rivers and Kano.

You want to spend well over 50b just to count people for the figures that will be use less to you in a few years time and yet you are not ready to release even 5b to complete the NIMS project of NIMC that is supposed to take care of population census for Nigeria 's life time and so many other benefits. What a country!
Maybe because they know that the NIMS does not allow demographic malpractices

Its under exuactive. They already made law and budget. If they really care to push issue they can have vote on ordering him to push date.

Second presidents just make sure agencies carry it out correctly. They shouldn't be holding back funds after NASS already passed budget anyway. I dont see these kind of trivial issues in other countries. Counting population is not big discussion.

Do Nigerian presidents have power to impound funds? If they do they can always reduce power if he doesn't cooperate.
