But who knows what procedure they follow in deploying pcms? I chose Benue, akwaibom, Kaduna and Oyo States respectively but Oyo is my most preferred before akwaibom , make i no come hear say them even reason Benue or Kaduna for me o .

It myt not be d network, wat u have to do is, go to payment status on d site (u will see this on d task bar) den select ur mode of payment, u den enter ur transaction id and press continue, it will den bring out ur payment details. U can den proceed from dere by pressing re-query.
