Please what can I do, my husband seems to be addicted to porn and masturbation. He does it at every opportunity he has, even on our matrimonial bed and it's quite disgusting.

Only him can make the decision to break the addiction.

Lol, but we all have some crazy fantasies at one time or the other. Self control and discipline is the key thing. I've discussed it with him on several occasion and he doesn't have any cogent reason for going into the act, probably when I start mine, he will see how disgusting it looks and this will make him stop.

Like seriously I see no reason to self-service when I have a wife that would satisfy me. But it seems your husband's own is compulsive in nature.

If you intend to help, just keep a close watch on him, anytime he is showing signs of wanting to do it, kindly take the stimulant( laptop, porn photos e.t.c) away from him and engage him in a conversation or if possible have sex with him.

You can also encourage him to go out more, encourage him to engage in activities that would take his mind off wanking.

@ op, most guys and even some women do this and as such won't see it as a big deal. Talk calmly to your husband about it to know if there's anything you can do to help, probably increase your intimacy with h but if your sexual intimacy with him is on the high side and he still self services then he is addicted to sex and there's really nothing you can do.
