If the Judges had performed their judiciary functions when the case of his qualification came up, he would have had respect for the judiciary system but due to finding out how easily the judges can be bribed, he acted on that inside knowledge to bring them down. Excessive greed has led to their downfall. The case about his qualification has been dismissed and can never be retried.

Can you show me the section of Nigerian constitution that specifically mentioned WAEC Certificate as the only requirement(s) for the Office of Presidency? In my own opinion, this is not an issue.

In Section 318(1) of the said constitution, it becomes crystal clear, upon a careful reading of the said Interpretation Section, that even persons whose educational qualifications are below the Secondary School Leaving Certificate/level and its equivalent are still qualified to contest election, if they possess the Primary Six School Leaving Certificate or its equivalent along with the other requirements listed under the said definition Section (Section 318(1)).

For the avoidance of doubt, Section 318(1) provides:

“School Certificate or its equivalent” means -

(a) A Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent, or Grade II Teacher’s Certificate, the City and Guilds Certificate; or

(b) Education up to Secondary School Certificate level; or

(c) Primary Six School Leaving Certificate or its equivalent and-

(i) service in the public or private sector in the Federation in any capacity acceptable to the Independent National Electoral Commission for a minimum of ten years, and

(ii) attendance at courses and training in such institutions as may be acceptable to the Independent National Electoral Commission for periods totaling up to a minimum of one year, and

(iii) The ability to read, write, understand and communicate in the English language to the satisfaction of the Independent National Electoral Commission; and

(d) Any other qualification acceptable by the Independent National Electoral Commission;”

I went for a job interview and they demanded that I show my certificate, I tell them I'm coming, the next day the company gets a call from 15 of my lawyers. The company asks what's all these nonsense for, My lawyers responded...since you want to see my client's certificate, no problem, we will see in court.

I know this sounds very stupid but that's essentially what Buhari is doing. After watching this video, you realize that Nigerians are actually fools for voting a president without a certificate and what's even more asinine is he went and hired 15 SANs, who in the world hires lawyers because you asked for their certificate?

The law mandated him to provide it before contesting for election. He didn't, instead he deployed SANS who used technicality to adjourn the case indefinitely.

Which one is easier. Providing your certificate or employing 13 SANS to stall the case ?

It's actually dumb people who don't think it's impossible for buhari to have started his military career without the requisite qualifications. When we have seen people pass through a university only to discover they came in with fake results.

The last time the case was pushed, we all read the reaction from people close to the presidency showing they were rattled and thereafter 23 senior lawyers were procured to push the case. NOT ON THE SUBSTANTIVE matter, but on the house address of the president.

We all knew it was settled politically.

We know how proud buhari is. If he had it, he would have brought it out. Even if it means writing to Cambridge.

You dumber to think it is not possible! During their time such was rampant in the north to meet quota system. Buhari has no certificate till he presents one! He is the president now and it takes nothing to put to rest the allegation if at all he has it. Obama did that with his birth certificate!
