you are indeed one of the reasons nigeria is so backward. your reasoning get as e be... so because he was a former general means he had ssce. one thing I definitely know mode of entry into the military this days is quite different from what obtains when military was starting. then what they consider paramount was the willingness and not majorly your qualification. now they consider both (willingness and qualification) of which you under go rigorous training. for me those military officers of yesteryears, I mean when it all began in 1958 or there about, had one or two concessions given to them to encourage them.
